COVID‐19 is caused by SARS‐CoV‐2 and spreads from person‐to‐person. Pregnant women continued to be vulnerable COVID‐19. Infant protection covid-19 infection primarily dependent on neonatal innate immune responses maternally derived, transplacentally acquired antibodies. Our aim was study trans placental passage of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody the magnitude natural passive immunity in infants born mothers with covid 19. Prospective observational conducted at Balchikitsalay MBGH, RNT medical college, Udaipur, Rajasthan June 2021 December 2022. Mothers history positive past time delivery our hospital[MBGH] all [0 days 12 months] delivered who fulfill inclusion exclusion criteria were enrolled study. Measurement SARS Cov2 titre (serum IgG) central lab where this sample analysed electrochemiluminescence. Total 100 their Out infants, 59% males 41% females. (12%) found age group <=3 months, followed 32 (32%) 4-6 months group, 7-9 24 (24%) 10 -12 group. In had different level age. Age <= 3 maximum mean value Antibody 135 AU/ml , 26.5 4-6months ,then 2.5 0.5 10-12 months. sharply fall after birth remain almost one tenth birth, month. After 6 month age, it below protective (10 Au/ml). till 6th that decline value. So we recommended vaccination against should started life like other influenza virus
